Responsible sourcing goes beyond the material itself. #tide® applies due-diligence processes and supplier requirements designed to promote responsible practices and uphold social and human-rights standards throughout our supply chains.

This includes our Business Partner Code of Conduct, human-rights due diligence, requirements for working conditions and responsible collection, and ongoing engagement with our supply-chain partners.

Where additional verification or documentation is required, we work with our partners and customers to support supply-chain assessments and due-diligence processes.

Regulatory requirements do not stop with a certificate or test result. Customers increasingly need reliable documentation throughout the supply chain to demonstrate recycled content, material characteristics, origin and other relevant information.

PPWR-ready documentation

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) introduces new requirements for packaging, including recyclability, recycled content and the documentation needed along the value chain.

For customers using #tide® recycled plastics in packaging applications, we provide material and supply-chain information designed to support their PPWR documentation and compliance processes.

Our Supplier Declaration provides relevant information about #tide® recycled material, while additional material- and delivery-specific documentation is available where applicable.

The environmental performance of #tide® recycled materials has therefore been assessed through an independent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
